We currently only ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/DPO. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing Time

Because each crystal is unique and requires careful, secure packaging to ensure its safety, please allow 1-3 business days, Monday-Friday, for us to process and pack your order. Once your package is in the hands of the USPS, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Shipping Methods and Rates

We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all deliveries. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your items and the destination.

Orders under $100: Shipping rates are based on weight. Customer chooses delivery service.

• USPS Ground Advantage: Delivery 2-5 business days, longest up to 14 business days due to a majority of packages from Alaska using Ground Advantage travel by barge to the lower 48 states.
• USPS Priority Mail: Delivery 1-3 business days, fastest service available.

Orders $100 and over: Shipping is FREE and will use the following delivery service:

• USPS Priority Mail: Delivery 1-3 business days.
• U.S. territories and APO/FPO/DPO locations with also be shipped using USPS Priority Mail, with estimated delivery 4-21 business days, with some locations up to 45 business days.

PO Boxes & Military (APO/FPO/DPO) Addresses:

• We proudly ship to all PO Boxes and military addresses via USPS, the only carrier authorized to deliver to these locations. 
• Military Delivery Time: Estimates vary by destination (typically 7-15 business days).
• To ensure your military orders are not delayed or returned, please use the following USPS-standardized address format:
• Recipient Name: Full name (rank is optional, but addressing to “Any Service Member” is prohibited).
• Address Line 1: Unit and Box numbers (e.g., Unit 1234 Box 56).
• City: Must be APO, FPO, or DPO only.
• State: Use the two-letter military code:
• AA (Armed Forces Americas)
• AE (Armed Forces Europe)
• AP (Armed Forces Pacific)
• Zip Code: The 5-digit military ZIP code (ZIP+4 is preferred).

Packaging for Fragile Items

We take immense pride in our packaging process. Each specimen is wrapped in multiple layers of protective material to minimize movement and prevent breakage. The packing peanuts are starch-based, biodegradable, and dissolvable. Please reuse or recycle our packaging materials whenever possible.

Shipping Insurance

All USPS Ground Advantage and Priority Mail shipments include up to $100 of built-in insurance. If your order exceeds this value and you would like to purchase additional coverage, please contact us at support@itsyscrystalcove.com before placing your order.

All Sales Final (No Returns)

Due to the fragile and unique nature of crystals, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please read our Return Policy by visiting https://itsyscrystalcove.com/return-policy for more on returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

By purchasing from Itsy’s Crystal Cove LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Shipping Policy.

ALL SALES FINAL

Due to the fragile and unique nature of our crystals, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If you want to cancel your order, please contact me before your package is marked “shipped” at support@itsyscrystalcove.com. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.

Why No Returns?

Crystals are natural earth-mined specimens with inherent “imperfections” such as internal fractures, inclusions, or surface blemishes. Furthermore, their delicate structure makes them highly susceptible to damage during return transit. To maintain the energetic and physical integrity of our inventory, we cannot restock items once they have left our care.

Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted before the package is marked shipped. Once the package is marked shipped, no cancellations will be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

While we do not offer returns, we want you to receive your crystals in perfect condition. We take extreme care in our packaging process. If your item arrives damaged:

• Report within 72 hours: You must notify Itsy’s Crystal Cove LLC at support@itsyscrystalcove.com within 72 hours of delivery (not including weekends, so you would have more time).
• Provide Evidence: Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and the original packaging.
• Resolution: Upon verification, we will offer a refund, NOT including shipping costs, for the damaged item.

Natural Variations

Please note that because crystals are natural products, the item you receive may vary slightly in color, shape, or size from the listing photos due to camera and screen resolution differences. These variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for a refund.

Order Packing and Social Media Content

To share the excitement of our crystal community, we occasionally film “packing videos” and “crystal scooping videos” for promotional and entertainment purposes. Packing videos are available 1-3 days after placing an order. You will receive an email with the link to your video. By placing an order, you acknowledge the following:

• Identification: Videos will feature the items from your order and will display your order number for identification. For example, Order 1234.
• Platforms: These videos may be posted publicly on our official business pages, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest.

How To Opt-in or Opt-out

Customers can choose to have their order filmed by selecting the “Film My Order” in their cart:

• Opt-In: If you want your order filmed, select the “Film My Order” checkbox at checkout. This confirms you’ve read and agreed to this policy.
• Opt-Out: If you prefer that your order not be filmed, leave the checkbox blank.

How To Change Your Opt-in Choice After Placing An Order

Should you change your mind about your opt-in choice after completing your purchase, refer to the following on how to change your selection:

• If you selected “Film My Order”: If you selected to have a video but changed your mind, just email us at support@itsyscrystalcovellc.com and we will make a note on your order to not film your order.
• If the selection was left blank: If you did not make a selection, no video will be made. If you forgot and wanted a video, it is advised in this case that you cancel your order, then place a new order with the correct selection.

Promotional Content and Ownership

By opting in to have your order filmed for social media (including packing reels/shorts, crystal scoops, and live streams), you agree to the following:

• No Compensation: You acknowledge that these videos are created for promotional and entertainment purposes. No royalties, discounts, or other forms of compensation are owed to you for the appearance of your order items in our content.
• Content Ownership: Itsy’s Crystal Cove LLC retains full ownership and copyrights to all video and photographic content created. We reserve the right to edit, share, or repurpose this content across our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest) indefinitely.
• Gifts: Additional items added during filming are at the sole discretion of the shop owner.

Safety Advisory for Children and Pets

• Restricted Access: All products, including raw specimens, polished stones, and jewelry, are intended for adult use only. Keep all items out of the reach of children and animals to prevent accidental ingestion, choking hazards, or injury.
• Choking & Ingestion Hazard: Many crystals are small enough to be swallowed. Some minerals may also contain trace elements that are harmful if ingested or licked by pets.

Handling Sharp Products & Materials

• Natural Edges: Crystals in their raw or drusy form may have naturally sharp points or edges. Use caution when unboxing and handling these specimens.
• Broken Items: In the event a crystal breaks, please dispose of the shards immediately and safely, as they can become as sharp as glass.

Packaging Material Safety

• Suffocation & Entanglement: To protect children and animals, immediately dispose of or securely store all packaging materials, including plastic bags, plastic air wrap, shrink wrap, and shipping fillers.
• Small Components: Shipping staples, tape, and small box fragments should be cleared from floors and surfaces where pets or children play.

Proper Storage Recommendations

• Itsy’s Crystal Cove LLC recommends storing your collection in a secure display case or a high-level sturdy shelf to ensure a safe environment for all household members.

Handmade Stretchy Bracelets

Due to the nature of elastic cording, these bracelets have a limited lifespan and will naturally stretch or lose elasticity over time. To maximize their life, we recommend rolling the bracelet onto your wrist rather than pulling or overstretching it.

Handmade Keychains

Our keychains are designed for personal adornment and are not intended for heavy-duty use or high-impact environments.

General Wear and Tear

Exposure to water, high heat, lotions, perfumes, and direct sunlight can weaken the cord and cause beads to fade or degrade faster. We are not responsible for items that break due to normal wear, snagging, or improper care.

Safety Warning

These items contain small parts and are not toys. Keep out of reach of young children as they may pose a choking hazard.
