Packing and Scooping Videos Policy

We offer free packing and scooping videos that are featured on our Facebook and YouTube channel to show our customers our appreciation. To keep the info of our customers private, packing videos are only identifiable by the last 4-digits of your order number. If you would like to have your order featured, refer to the directions below:

• To Opt-In: Check the checkbox “Film My Order!” on in your cart before checkout.
• To Opt-Out: Just leave the checkbox blank and your order will not be filmed.

We cannot accept post-purchase requests as we cannot manually add filming requests after an order is finalized. If you missed the opt-in, you must cancel and reorder with the correct selection.

• Terms: No compensation is provided for featured orders. Additional “gifts” during filming are at the shop’s sole discretion.
