The descriptions of stones and their purported benefits are based on a combination of personal self-research, historical references, traditional folklore, and my own subjective experiences. These insights are shared solely for cultural and spiritual interests.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or Services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, Services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
SECTION 7 - PRODUCT CARE AND LONGEVITY
Handmade Stretchy Bracelets: Due to the nature of elastic cording, these bracelets have a limited lifespan and will naturally stretch or lose elasticity over time. To maximize their life, we recommend rolling the bracelet onto your wrist rather than pulling or overstretching it.
Handmade Keychains: Our keychains are designed for personal adornment and are not intended for heavy-duty use or high-impact environments.
General Wear and Tear: Exposure to water, high heat, lotions, perfumes, and direct sunlight can weaken the cord and cause beads to fade or degrade faster. We are not responsible for items that break due to normal wear, snagging, or improper care.
Safety Warning: These items contain small parts and are not toys. Keep out of reach of young children as they may pose a choking hazard.
SECTION 8 - PRODUCT SAFETY AND HANDLING POLICY
At Itsy’s Crystal Cove LLC, we care about your well-being as much as your new treasures. Please review our safety guidelines to ensure you and your loved ones enjoy your crystals safely.
Safety Advisory for Children and Pets:
Restricted Access: All products, including raw specimens, polished stones, and jewelry, are intended for adult use only. Keep all items out of the reach of children and animals to prevent accidental ingestion, choking hazards, or injury.
Choking & Ingestion Hazard: Many crystals are small enough to be swallowed. Some minerals may also contain trace elements that are harmful if ingested or licked by pets.
Handling Sharp Products & Materials:
Natural Edges: Crystals in their raw or drusy form may have naturally sharp points or edges. Use caution when unboxing and handling these specimens.
Broken Items: In the event a crystal breaks, please dispose of the shards immediately and safely, as they can become as sharp as glass.
Packaging Material Safety:
Suffocation & Entanglement: To protect children and animals, immediately dispose of or securely store all packaging materials, including plastic bags, plastic air wrap, shrink wrap, and shipping fillers.
Small Components: Shipping staples, tape, and small box fragments should be cleared from floors and surfaces where pets or children play.
Proper Storage Recommendations: Itsy’s Crystal Cove LLC recommends storing your collection in a secure display case or a high-level sturdy shelf to ensure a safe environment for all household members.
SECTION 9 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 10 - SHIPPING POLICY
Domestic Shipping Only (USA): We currently only ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii. At this time, we do not offer international shipping, shipping to U.S. territories, or to APO/FPO/DPO. We will be adding more areas in the near future.
Order Processing Time: Because each crystal is unique and requires careful, secure packaging to ensure its safety, please allow 1-3 business days, Monday-Friday, for us to process and pack your order. Once your package is in the hands of the USPS, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Shipping Methods and Rates: We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail for all deliveries.
- Shipping is calculated by weight.
- USPS Ground Advantage: Estimated delivery 2-14 business days.
- USPS Priority Mail: Estimated delivery 1-3 business days.
- Orders $35 and over receive free shipping via USPS Priority Mail.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on order processing, seasonal volume, and weather.
Packaging for Fragile Items: We take immense pride in our packaging process. Each specimen is wrapped in multiple layers of protective material to minimize movement and prevent breakage. The packing peanuts are starch-based, biodegradable, and dissolvable. Please reuse or recycle our packaging materials whenever possible.
Shipping Insurance: All USPS Priority Mail shipments include up to $100 of built-in insurance. If your order exceeds this value and you would like to purchase additional coverage, please contact us at support@itsyscrystalcove.com before placing your order.
All Sales Final (No Returns): Due to the fragile and unique nature of crystals, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please read our Return Policy by visiting https://itsyscrystalcove.com/return-policy for more on returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
SECTION 11 - RETURN POLICY
All Sales Final: Due to the fragile and unique nature of our crystals, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. To cancel an order, contact us through the chat bubble on our home page, or email us at support@itsyscrystalcove.com before your package is marked “shipped.”
Crystals are natural specimens with unique inclusions, fractures, and surface variations. Their delicate structure makes them susceptible to damage during return transit. To maintain the physical and energetic integrity of our inventory, we do not restock items once they have left our care.
Natural products vary in color, shape, and size. These differences are not defects and do not qualify for a refund
Cancellations: We accept cancellations as long as your order has not yet been marked “shipped.” Once a shipping label is created and your package is on its way, we are unable to cancel the order.
Damaged or Defective Items: While we pack every order with extreme care, we know the journey to you can sometimes be bumpy. If your item arrives damaged:
- Report within 72 hours: Please email support@itsyscrystalcove.com within 72 hours of delivery.
- Provide Evidence: Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and the original packaging. Please keep all original packaging until a resolution is reached.
- Resolution: Once verified, we will issue a refund for the damaged item (not including original shipping costs).
Natural Variations: Please keep in mind that because crystals are natural products, your item may vary slightly in color, shape, or size from the listing photos. These variations are part of the crystal’s natural beauty and are not considered defects.
SECTION 12 - IN-PERSON SALES POLICY
In-Person Sales Policy
Our shop does allow for in-person sales at local markets and scheduled pick-ups. Please refer to the following regarding our in-person policy:
Pre-Purchase Consultation Required: To ensure you receive the perfect item for your needs, all in-person sales must be discussed with us directly before a transaction is initiated by contacting us through the contact form on our website or by email sent to support@itsyscrystalcove.com
Secure Mobile Payments: We use the Shopify Point of Sale app, which uses Tap to Pay through Stripe, to process all in-person transactions securely.
Tap to Pay: For your convenience and security, we accept all major contactless payments, including credit/debit cards with the contactless symbol, Apple Pay, and Google pay, via Tap to Pay.
Pick-Up/Delivery: We allow for pick-ups Monday-Friday, 10am to 2pm by schedule only. Please email us at support@itsyscrystalcove.com if you would like to make a pick-up order. We do not offer delivery services at the current time.
Receipts: Digital receipts will be sent immediately to your email or via text message through the Shopify Point of Sale system upon completion of the sale.
Pop-Up Markets and Local Events (Anchorage, AK)
Anchorage Sales Tax: Per muni.org guidelines, there is currently no general sales tax on retail goods sold within the Municipality of Anchorage. Therefore, the price discussed for in-person sales at local pop-up markets is the final price.
Event-Specific Terms: While we strive for consistency, certain pop-up markets may have specific venue-related rules regarding returns or pickups. Any such variations will be clearly communicated during our pre-purchase discussion.
Live Inventory: Because our online store and in-person POS are synced through the Shopify Point of Sale app, items sold at pop-ups are removed from online availability in real-time to prevent overselling.
In-Person Returns and Exchanges
Final Sale at Events: Due to the nature of local pop-up markets, all in-person sales are considered final once the transaction is complete. Please make sure to inspect the product before finalizing your purchase.
SECTION 13 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
Any use by you of the optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).

SECTION 15 - PROMOTIONAL CONTENT AND OWNERSHIP
To share the excitement of our crystal community, we occasionally film packing videos and crystal scooping videos for promotional and entertainment purposes. Follow us @itsyscrystalcove on YouTube and Facebook. See below on more info:
- Packing Videos: We only show the last 4-digits of your order number to show you the product and packing procedure. Not all orders will be filmed due to time restrictions.
- Crystal Scooping Videos: Videos will be identifiable by the last 4-digits of your order number.
SECTION 16 - GIVEAWAYS AND PROMOTIONS
From time to time, Itsy’s Crystal Cove LLC may offer giveaways or “Crystal Scoop” promotions. By participating, you agree to the following:
No Purchase Necessary: A purchase is never required to enter a giveaway. A purchase does not increase your odds of winning.
Eligibility: Giveaways are open only to legal residents of the United States, age 18+. Void where prohibited by law.
Randomization: For “Crystal Scoops,” items are selected at random. We cannot guarantee specific stones, sizes, or colors. All scoop results are final.
Publicity and Privacy: Winners and participants acknowledge that their order number and the items won may be featured in promotional videos on our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest).
Platform Release: You acknowledge that these promotions are in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by the social media platforms where they are posted.
Taxes and Logistics: Winners are responsible for any applicable local taxes. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
