All Sales Final

Due to the fragile and unique nature of our crystals, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. To cancel an order, contact us through the chat bubble on our home page, or email us at support@itsyscrystalcove.com before your package is marked “shipped.”

Crystals are natural specimens with unique inclusions, fractures, and surface variations. Their delicate structure makes them susceptible to damage during return transit. To maintain the physical and energetic integrity of our inventory, we do not restock items once they have left our care.

Natural products vary in color, shape, and size. These differences are not defects and do not qualify for a refund.

Cancellations

We accept cancellations as long as your order has not yet been marked “shipped.” Once a shipping label is created and your package is on its way, we are unable to cancel the order.

Damaged or Defective Items

While we pack every order with extreme care, we know the journey to you can sometimes be bumpy. If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Report within 72 hours: Please email support@itsyscrystalcove.com within 72 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide Evidence: Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and the original packaging. Please keep all original packaging until a resolution is reached.
  3. Resolution: Once verified, we will issue a refund for the damaged item (not including original shipping costs).

Natural Variations

Please keep in mind that because crystals are natural products, your item may vary slightly in color, shape, or size from the listing photos. These variations are part of the crystal’s natural beauty and are not considered defects.

By purchasing from Itsy’s Crystal Cove LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Return Policy.
