• Crystals for metaphysical purposes SHOULD NOT take the place of professional medical advice.

• Please keep small parts and packaging materials away from young children.

• The item you received may be slightly different in coloration or texture due to limitations of the camera's capabilities.
• Pictures are taken in bright light situations.
• Natural imperfections such as cracks or druzy are normal for crystals.
• Please allow a 1–3-millimeter difference in measurements due to the crystals having unique shapes.

Shipping

I currently ship within the USA, Puerto Rico, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

USA ORDERS

• I use USPS for shipping all orders.
• I ship all packages under 1 pound using USPS Ground Advantage for a flat rate of $4.
• Orders over 1 pound will be sent via USPS Priority Mail.
• Free shipping is offered at $35 and these orders will also ship using USPS.
• I am not responsible for shipping delays once the package is in USPS' care.
• If you need to cancel your order, please let me know before your package is marked "shipped."
• I do not accept returns or exchanges.

 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

• I use USPS for shipping all orders.
• Processing time is 1-5 business days to get your package ready and to the post office through USPS.
• The package will reach you within 6 to 20 business days according to the USPS website, although it can take up to 6 weeks to reach you.
• You are responsible for any duties/VAT/taxes that may be required for you to pay at customs to receive your package.
• I am not responsible for shipping delays once the package is in USPS' care.
• If you need to cancel your order, please let me know before your package is marked "shipped."

CANCELLATIONS

• I only accept cancellations if requested BEFORE the item has been marked shipped.

 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

• Due to the nature and uniqueness of the items, all sales are final. I don't accept returns and exchanges.
• Natural stones and crystals vary in color and will have natural cracks, crevices, druzy pockets, inclusions, and sizes. No stone is alike. Please look at the photos and videos provided carefully and make a sound decision before deciding to purchase a crystal from our shop. No stone or crystal is "perfect."

DAMAGED, MISSING, STOLEN PACKAGES

• If there is an issue with your package, you can file a claim with USPS for the lost amount up to $100.
• I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages, but I can assist you in filing a claim with your local post office if you need help.

What happens if my order arrived damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, please let me know through the chat bubble right away so that I can help assist you in starting a claim with the USPS for your damaged package. Pictures of the damaged items will be required, as well as the package when you got it.
